The ADHD Morning Routine Checklist
A printable morning checklist designed for ADHD brains. Reduces decision fatigue and keeps the morning sequence on track without relying on memory.
This checklist is designed to sit somewhere visible — bathroom mirror, bedroom door, kitchen wall — so you can run through it without holding anything in working memory.
The checklist
- ☐ Alarm off — feet on floor immediately
- ☐ Bathroom: brush teeth, wash face, deodorant
- ☐ Get dressed (clothes decided night before)
- ☐ Medication (if applicable) — with water, not coffee
- ☐ Breakfast — quick, protein if possible
- ☐ Check bag (was packed night before, just verify)
- ☐ Keys, wallet/purse, phone — by the door
- ☐ Any extras for today (lunch, gym bag, specific items)
The key is that this checklist covers what you need, not what someone else thinks you should be doing. Adapt it to your actual morning.
